How is the aluminum print produced?

Every piece is crafted using archival aluminum printing — a museum-grade process designed for permanence, depth, and clarity. This technique not only enhances the vibrancy of the image but also gives it a sculptural, modern presence on the wall.

Will I receive proof of authenticity?

Yes. Each artwork comes with a hand-signed, numbered Certificate of Authenticity from Still Motion. This certificate confirms the edition number, production method, and the unique identity of your piece.

Worldwide delivery available. Orders shipped outside Switzerland and the EU may be subject to local duties or import taxes.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

A Portrait in Golden Light

This artwork is a tribute to that pinnacle of collecting. Captured in the serene majesty of the golden hour, every line and reflection speaks to the four pillars of its legend: its monumental value, its race-winning performance, its absolute scarcity, and its transcendent design.

To display this piece is to honor an icon that defines your ambition—a tribute to the legends you revere and the goals you are still chasing.

Aluminium Works Collection

Our Process

Each piece in the Aluminium Works collection is more than an image — it is an object of permanence. Printed directly onto a solid 3mm aluminum panel, the artworks gain sculptural depth, transforming motorsport's most iconic moments into lasting heirlooms.

The pure matte surface reflects light with restraint, ensuring every detail is captured with clarity and subtlety. Resistant to time and crafted with museum-grade precision, these works are designed not only to be admired today but to be preserved for generations.

This collection celebrates engineering and artistry in equal measure — turning motion into monument, and legacy into luxury.

Historical Reinterpretation — not for sale, included for narrative context.

The Curator's Notes: The Story Behind The Legend

The Engineer and the Artisan

In the world of collecting, there are icons, and then there is the Ferrari 250 GTO. Gran Turismo Omologato—the name itself is a statement of purpose, born from Enzo Ferrari's desire to dominate the World Sportscar Championship.

Its story begins with an engineering genius, Giotto Bizzarrini, and is perfected by a master artisan, Sergio Scaglietti, whose workshop hand-hammered each of the 36 aluminum bodies into a unique masterpiece. This is the story of the car's creation, but each individual chassis has a legend of its own.

The specific car captured here is chassis s/n 3387GT, the second 250 GTO ever built. After serving as a factory test car, it was delivered to Luigi Chinetti's legendary North American Racing Team (NART). On its debut at the 1962 12 Hours of Sebring, driven by World Champion Phil Hill, it achieved a stunning result: 2nd overall and 1st in its class. This impeccable racing pedigree has made it a legend in the collecting world, with similar GTOs commanding prices well north of $50 million in private sales.

We chose this photograph because the 'golden hour' light casts a reverent glow on this specific, historic machine. To view this piece is to appreciate not just the finished legend, but the triumphant history of chassis 3387GT—a story forged by the engineer, the artisan, and the champions who drove her.
