- Each print is made to order. Once shipped, delivery in Europe typically takes 15–20 working days (depending on destination and local handling).
- Tracking details are shared as soon as your order ships. All orders are packaged to protect the artwork in transit.

- Because each piece is made to order, all sales are final. If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery and include photos of: (1) the outer box, (2) the internal packaging, and (3) the damage.
- Once the damage is confirmed, we will arrange the return shipment at our cost.
- We will issue a replacement or refund once the artwork is received back at our facility. This protects the integrity of our editions and ensures each serial number remains unique within the Still Motion registry.
